Mr. Velasquez earned his Bachelor’s degree from The College of New Jersey, his Master’s degree from the Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers University, and his Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers University, School of Law at Camden.  He has lectured throughout New Jersey on a variety of legal topics including real estate and tax foreclosure, and he has been an adjunct professor at The College of New Jersey where he has taught Business Law.

Mr. Velasquez represents clients throughout New Jersey in all counties and before all courts at all levels. 

He has successfully appeared before countless administrative agencies and regulatory bodies, and has engaged in extensive motion and deposition practice. 

Anthony L. Velasquez, Esquire, is a NJ real estate attorney  — he has practiced throughout New Jersey for over 18 years.

Prior to forming his own law firm in 2005, he was an attorney for several mid-sized law firms in New Jersey where he engaged in a large variety of real estate law matters (residential and commercial sales, title litigation, tax sale certificate foreclosures, mortgages, leasing, environmental and construction law),  along with business law and various other related matters.  He served his judicial clerkship for the Office of Administrative Law where he worked directly for multiple New Jersey Administrative Law Judges on a variety of legal and regulatory cases.

In 2005, Mr. Velasquez opened his offices in Central New Jersey, and continues to serve New Jersey clients statewide.

The law firm focuses its practice on all matters related to real estate — including residential and commercial sales, property investments, title issues, tax lien investments/ foreclosures, mortgage refinances and foreclosures, leasing (residential/ commercial), evictions, landlord/ tenant disputes, construction liens, environmental clean-ups, tax appeals and all other real estate related matters.  He has argued successfully on behalf of his clients before all levels of the NJ Superior Courts and the NJ Supreme Court, in addition to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  Since 2014
